Employee leasing is an ideal way to find qualified employees. After 1-2 days of notification we find workers for simple works. We do our best to find workers who perform works requiring specialized skills (ex. design works) within a few days. The period of employment can range from a few hours to several years.

The Carden registers contain information about several thousand employees, so it is not difficult to find a profile of a particular person. If necessary, the order may be supplemented with the announcement of employment.

The characteristic feature of a lease of workforce is that the worker is employed by Carden. It protects the customer from risk because, if necessary, the employee can be replaced with another one. Thus, the costs are under control.

Employee Leasing has many advantages, for example,
